# Select Random

### Description

Select random vector from vector array and store result.

**To create it**, right-click in the editor and select <mark style="color:purple;">Create Node/Tasks/Vector2/Select Random Vector2</mark>

This task node has a number of fields, that are highlighted in picture below.

| Name              | Description                             |

| Node Name         | Name of node.                           |
| Ignore About Self | Whether node ignores abort self or not. |
| Store Result      | Key to store random selected vector.    |
| Vectors           | Array of vectors.                       |
