Cross Fade

Node description and basic instructions

Description

Creates a crossfade from the current state to any other state using normalized times.

To create it, right-click in the editor and select Create Node/Tasks/Animator/Cross Fade.

This task node has a number of fields, that are highlighted in picture below.

Fields

Name	Description
Node Name	Name of node
Ignore About Self	Whether node ignores abort self or not
Animation	Animation name from animator
Normalized Transition Duration	Duration of the transition (normalized)
Layer	Layer where the crossfade occurs
Normalized Time Offset	Normalized time of the state
Normalized Transition Time	Normalized time of the transition
